RUTA EDITION uses the contact details, project message and optional files you provide to review and respond to your request. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing.
What happens to your request
Your request and files are stored privately on the website server. A confirmation is sent to your email address. The studio is notified by email and, when configured, a private Telegram bot. Hosting, email and Telegram providers process information needed to deliver these services; Telegram and email notifications may involve processing outside your country.
Files and security
Optional attachments may be JPEG, PNG, WebP or PDF, with up to three files, 5 MB each and 10 MB total. Please send only information necessary for the project and avoid sensitive personal information. Files are checked on the server and private downloads require authorized access.
Your choices
You can contact the studio using the contact details on this website to ask about your request, access, correction or deletion of your information. The studio should keep request information only for as long as necessary for the enquiry and any applicable legal obligations.
